RESEARCH ON ECHO POWER DETECTION BASED ON LASER RADIATION TRANSMISSION CHARACTERISTICS OF NON-COOPERATIVE TARGET SURFACE
Аннотация
In order to enhance the property of echo power detection for the remote gas measurement system without cooperative target, themodels of laser radiation transmission for the non-cooperative target surface and the convergence point deviation of Fresnel were establishedto analyze the transmission characteristics of diffuse reflectionecho. The variation of the irradiance intensity of laser echo of hemispheric spaceat different detecting distancewasinvestigated. The propertiesof echo power detection between the single Fresnel lens optical receiver (SFL-OR) and the Fresnel lens array optical receiver (FLA-OR) were compared, and the cause of the diffference of echo power detection propertiesfor these two optical system were discussed. The results show that the echo power diffusely reflectedbynon-cooperative target surfacehasa power function relation with detecting distance. At the detecting distance from 10 m to 20 m, the optical effciency of FLA-OR is nearly 0.92; however, the average optical efficiency of SFL-OR is only 0.39 because its optimal receiving angle is less than the maximum incident angle of echo light. And the axial size of FLA-OR is reduced to 90% compared with SFL-OR.
