要約

A technique involving the use of a micro-thermocouple and high-speed data acquisition system for the determination of temperature fields in liquid-liquid two-phase flow has been developed. In conjunction with appropriate computer software this technique allows one to measure local time-dependent temperatures and to identify the phase in which measurements were taken. Measurements are taken at a rate of 1540 per second thus making this technique very suitable for local measurements with rapidly changing temperatures and phases. With the additional use of a high speed camera this method succeeded in determining temperature fields in a liquid-liquid spray column.
