Evaporation of Nanofluids
Sinopsis
For an application of nanoparticles as a heat transfer fluid, knowledge about the migration behavior in the vapor
phase is important. Improvement of heat transfer characteristics especially of condensers will strongly depend on the amount of nanoparticles in the evaporated phase. If precipitation of nanoparticles and base fluid is desired, e.g. to avoid contamination of parts of a plant, it must be known, whether or not the particles leave the liquid phase of the base fluid while evaporation.
