MATHEMATICAL MODEL AND RESULTS OF EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF HEAT EXCHANGE OF CRYOAGENT SWIRL BOILING FLOW
Abstract
The difficulties of the experimental investigation of the boiling processes of cryoagents in supercritical
regimes complicate the acquisition of the reliable
scientific information. In consequence of the complication
and small number of the experimental investigations on the boiling of swirl cryogenic flows the necessity arises in the development of mathematical models. These models permit to analyze the quantitative parameters, which are not adequately measured in the experiments as well as to determine the dependence on boundaiy conditions
characterizing the process.
The present paper is concerned with the physical picture and mathematical model of the flow and heat exchange of supercritical flow of cryogen liquid in the Leidenfrost regime as well as with the results of the experimental investigations allowing to develop and identify the mathematical model.
