Аннотация

The phenomenon of direct contact of liquid jet in supercritical fluid are widely used in supercritical water oxidation, supercritical water gasification and other supercritical fluid technologies. Due to the extreme conditions of high temperature and pressure, conventional measurements are limited to obtain detailed information of flow and heat transfer behaviors in the direct contact of liquid jet and supercritical fluid. In this paper, a three dimensional transit model including water properties was developed to simulate the heat transfer process of water jet in supercritical water (SCW). The effects of SCW temperature, mass flux of water jet jet and nozzle sizes were discussed. At low mass flow rate of water jet, the internal heat transfer intensity of the mixed region of water jet and SCW was strengthened with smaller nozzle sizes. Simply changing the SCW temperature had less effect on the heat transfer intensity. The results can provide better understandings of flow and heat transfer behaviors of the direct contact of water jet in SCW and be applied for design optimization of supercritical fluid technology facilities.
