Аннотация

This paper deals with an experimental study of a local heat transfer and fluid flow structure over an end wall of a low speed large-scale linear guide vane of the actual aeroengine gas turbine. Effects of Reynolds number, span-to-pitch ratio, as well as inlet boundary layer thickness have been studied in the first stage of a programme to obtain the basic experimental correlation of a local heat transfer over a non-porous end wall. This Equation was used further as a reference correlation to establish effects of a coolant (air) injection through a porous end wall and streamwise turbulence both over a non-porous and porous surface. These two effects have been presented as linear correction functions in the basic experimental correlation for non-porous end wall.
