Аннотация

Intermittent phenomena in pool boiling have been in focus of our attention for a long time. This paper is intended to consider a pool boiling heat transfer process as an intermittent phenomena. Short reviews of the present works are given as an introduction to a general approach with the aim to treat separately individual bubble approach to mechanisme of boiling heat transfer, from those papers dealing with the phenomena which are a consequence of the collective behaviour of the bubbles in two-phase boundary layer. At the end of this paper an approach is presented to the statistical analyses of the temperature fluctuation in pool boiling. It is shown that with the proper selection of the detector functions and the criteria for their realization it is possible to obtain different subsystems in the two phase boundary layer in pool boiling. Even this is only the first attempt of this type of analyses in two phase system, it is obvious that this approach offers more information of the heat transfer mechanism in different subsystems and, at the same time gives us a possibility to obtain more knowledge about the mechanism of their interactions.
