Аннотация

The holographic method for investigation of steam-water high pressure flows has been developed. The results of systematic studies of such flows in tubes and annuli are presented for the range of P =(1−10)·10 6 N/m2,φm = 500 − 2500 kg/(s·m2), x = −0.2±0.6, q= 0−0.5· 106W/ m2. From 1500 holograms obtained the main patterns of babble, slug, churn and annular-dispersed flows have been identified and described in detail. The use of holographic technique has made it possible to distinguish the subregimes of the annular-dispersed flow and to determine their transition boundaries. The influence of flow conditions on the transition boundaries have been described. The criterion correlations on the basis of the experimental data have been derived. Such correlations generalize both the data of the present work and those available in literature.
