Resumo

Graphene and hBN have many excellent properties, such as plasmons polariton and phonon polariton. However, combining their properties can enhance the hybrid system absorptivity and dynamic control the position of absorption peak. This work designs a graphene/hBN/grating hybrid system and theoretically analyzes the absorption mechanisms. Local electromagnetic field and power dissipation density are depicted for further elucidating the underlying mechanisms. The different structural parameters which affect the absorption peak were discussed. These numerical results can provide potential application in the field of optical detection and optoelectronic devices.
