要約

Thermal contact conductance and a heat generation coefficient, responsible for heat partition between sliding solids, were considered in the paper. They both appear in the boundary condition for heat transfer at the interface between solids in case of dry sliding contact. The coefficients depend on many factors such as thermal properties of the sliding solids. velocity of their relative movement, microstructural characterization of the contacting surfaces. normal load applied to the contact surface. Influence of these factors can be estimated only by introduction of a microscopic thermal model of the contacting solids. Such a model valid for the case when heat convection connected with solids relative movement overwhelms the transient heat conduction processes in the contacting solids, is proposed in the paper.
