要約

Reasons for increased interest to the initial part of the post dry-out region are considered. Appreciable variations of the wall temperature in combination with intense concentration of corrosive impurities in water may cause damages in steam-generating channels. The influence of regime parameters is analyzed and theoretical estimates for the initial part length are given. The results of experimental investigations of the sodium sulfate concentration in drying liquid film in the initial part of the post dry-out region are presented. It is shown that in experimental conditions the concentration parameter exceeds two orders of magnitude. Recommendations are given concerning intensification of working processes with the aim of increasing the reliability of steam-generating channels in the zone of the initial steam superheat.
