要約

In this paper, evaporation heat transfer of thin liquid film and meniscus is further investigated. The thin liquid film and meniscus form on one substrate and are circumscribed by the narrow or circumferential crevice of upper plate. The liquid is supplied from the micro passage between the substrate and parallel upper plate. Theoretically, the microrelief of substrate surface, the crevice shape and size of the upper plate, the coupling mechanisms of flow and heat transfer etc., are analyzed and solved simultaneously. The thickness of thin liquid film and the corresponding temperatures are measured respectively by the interferometer of relative laser intensity and some thermocouples. The results demonstrate that the substrate microrelief exerts great influences on the formation of thin liquid film and meniscus; the size of central dry-out region will change with the situations of substrate surface, shape and scale of crevices, and heat flux conditions.T he measured thicknesses of thin liquid film coincide with those of the analytical value.
