要約

This paper presents the results of an experimental study on the effect of surface roughness on the post-dryout heat transfer of a 137 bar steam-water mixture at mass velocity ρW = 880-1000 kg/m2sec and heat flux q = 580-655 kW/m2. The artificial roughness height was 50-100 microns and its pitch ~ 2000 microns; the roughness caused by CaSO4 deposits featured the maximum height of 40 microns. It has been shown that the temperature difference was reduced by artificial roughness by 90-150 C, and by CaS04 deposits - from 150-170 C. to 10-30 C.
