要約

Pressure, void fraction and flow regime histories are presented for blowdown of a horizontal pipe containing Freon-114. The experimental data are used to infer constitutive equations, to describe interphase heat and mass transfer, for a flow-boiling model which assumes that the vapour and liquid phases have equal velocities but unequal temperatures (an EVUT model). Predictions by this model are shown to be in good agreement with the experimentally determined pressure and void fraction histories.
