要約

Experimental values of Stanton number are presented for a constant properties turbulent boundary layer subject to non-uniform distributions of blowing and surface temperature. Both the mainstream and transpiration fluid were air. Stanton number is shown to be a function only of local descriptors, enthalpy thickness Reynolds number and blowing parameter, for all smoothly varying boundary conditions. Local behavior is quickly reestablished even after steps in blowing. Data are presented in tabular and graphical form.
