Résumé

The study of heat transfer on short time scale (10-10s a 10-l5s) imposes the transfer to be set in very small space scale, for which continuous medium hypothesis is questionable. The first purpose of our communication is to present a kinetic analysis aiming at the extension of the application of continuous models up to short time scale (few relaxation time) and up to small space scale (few energy carrier mean free paths). That study leads to new boundary conditions, with resistive and capacitance term. A numerical application is given. The second purpose of the communication is to present the first results of an experimentation on short time scale (10-9 to 10-12 s), testing a dielectric medium (diamond), aiming at the detection of a non-Fourier heat conduction, and implying this new kind of boundary condition.
