Résumé

In this work, we have studied the problem of steady state heat transfer through a helicoldal joint. Heat flux lines which cross the threaded interface undergo a double deformation : a large scale deformation due to the presence of a helicoldal air gap and a small scale deformation, due to the imperfect contact along the thteaded interface. Our preliminar theoretical and experimental results reveal the effects ,of this phenomenons on the increase of the thermal global resistance across a threaded joint. We define an equivalent model in which the threaded joint is replaced by a cylindrical surface, along which the, contact between two parts is imperfect. Hence there exists an equivalent thermal contact resistance RCE A uniform distribution of RCE results in a good agreement between the two models as long as the heat flux is concerned. However, the agreement on the temperature field remains approximative.
