Résumé

In the present paper the results of the viscosity growth influence on macrokinetics features of the polymerization process is considered. Two main directions of the investigation are presented. The first part of the given paper is the study of the changing heat transfer through the reactor's wall because of reactants growing viscosity without considering hydrodynamics. The model of stirred tank reactor (STR) is considered. The main result is manifestation of new thermal mode (regime) of the process, namely, the growth of temperature in the final stage of the reaction.
In the second part of given paper the influence of velocity profiles distortion because of viscosity growth on heat and mass transfer is considered. This case is analysed with the constant heat exchange through the reactor's wall given. The main results here are the sharp deformation of the velocity profiles in any mode and the 'extinction' high-temperature mode because of such deformation.
