Résumé

In the work mathematical model and numerical calculation of heating process and simultaneous degassing of solid fuel particles stream in the new type of a gasgenerator is shown. The proposed method affords possibilities for getting gas with a high or low caloric content, the net calorific value which depends on the course of the conversion process. The important processes considered are: heat transport to the fuel particles and the gas, the degassing of the fuel particles to char and volatiles, the motion of the degassing particles in the reaction zone of the gasgenerator. Application of this model is exemplified by correlating it with the data obtained in laboratory test gasgenerator into which peat coal is fed to produce a fuel gas of high caloric value. The presented mathematical model has been used successfully to describe the performance of the gasgenerator.
