Résumé

Results of void fraction measurements in subcooled water boiling within an annular channel are discussed. Heat was supplied to the inner, outer and both walls of the channel; the operating conditions were: P = 9.8 ÷ 98 bar, q = 0,29 ÷ 2,3 Mw/m2, Wo = 0,5 ÷ 4,0 m/sec. Influence of the heat supply method was revealed. An approximate two-dimensional approach to predict void fraction in turbulent nonequilibrium flow is supposed. The approach gives satisfactory explanation to trends of experimental data.
