Sinopsis

The flow and heat transfer characteristics of the falling film in the absorber were numerically studied. The effects of the liquid distribution height, liquid distribution hole, falling film tube diameter, inlet velocity and the inlet liquid temperature on the liquid film surface temperature and the local heat transfer coefficient were analyzed. The results show that: the liquid film surface temperature decreased with the increasing liquid distribution height and the falling film tube diameter. However, it decreased with the decreasing liquid distribution hole, inlet velocity and the inlet liquid temperature. The local heat transfer coefficient increased with the increasing liquid distribution height, liquid distribution hole, inlet velocity and the liquid inlet temperature while decreased with the increasing falling film tube diameter.
