Radiative-convective heat transfer is analyzed in one-dimensional approximation (grey medium with temperature-dependent molecular heat conductivity).
The boundary problem is reduced to integral equations solved numerically by the Newton method. Changes in hydrodynamic conditions of medium movement entail those in the temperature field and in heat transfer conditions. The role of radiative-conductive heat transfer increases. The solution agrees fairly well with experiment.
