Heat Transfer in Supersonic Flow Over Blunt Body with Resonator of Hartmann Whistle Type
Abstrakt
Supersonic flow over conical blunt body with and without resonator is considered at Mach number M∞ = 3 and Reynolds number Re = 5·106. Influence of the narrow axisymmetrical cave of rectangular cross-section - resonator inside the axisymmetrical blunt conical body on supersonic flow of perfect over it is
investigated on basis of numerical solution of Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) equations. For RANS closure two-parameter differential turbulence model (q − ω model) is used.
