Abstrakt

The essence of the principle of discrete-pulse energy input (DPEI) is presented, said principle underlying a trend in heat engineering developed in the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of the Ukrainian SSR Academy of Sciences. The methodology of classification and systematization of engineering solutions according to initial features of a particular concept is proposed. Using this methodology it is possible to find the ways of how to exhaust this concept. Different DPEI engineering solutions are used to exemplify the methodology. Physical and mathematical aspects of formulation and solution of problems associated with carrying out of DPEI principle are analyzed.
