Abstrakt

In this paper we present the result of investigation of the process in movement of fine-dispersed gaseous-liquid medium in the small equivalent diameter short triangular ducts widespersed in heart exchangers.
Distribution of average gas-stream velocity, slip phase coefficient, longitudinal fluctuation drop velocity and numerous concentration of liquid phase with the help of laser Doppler anemometer DISA-55L were measured. Microphotographing of triangular duct walls with the drops deposited on them was made.
Measured distribution of average gas-stream velocity coincides with the results of Fleming and Sparrow work for incoming part of any shape ducts except the corner zones. Essential increase (3−4 times) of turbulent fluctuation intencity and numerous concentration of drops in the corner zones in comparison with flow core was found. The calculation of the drop movement trajectory in wall layer of triangular duct including turbulent inertial transfer and secondary flows has shown that these flows shift maximum of speed deposition towards the corner zones. Calculations have coincided satisfactory with the results of statistical processing of microphotographies of duct walls with drops deposited on them.
