Abstract

The results of the investigations of heat transfer, pressure drop, heat transfer crisis and wall temperature regime of steam generator channels in the form of helical twisted and coil tubes are presented. The tests were performed on full-scale and simplified steam generator models over a wide range of operating conditions. The test results were correlated with presented in the literature data and with data for straight tubes.
